I work from my home in Kingsteignton, but I have the benefit of a team that works from Bristol and the surrounding areas.

I have been in financial services since 2003 and have been a self employed mortgage broker since 2018. I originally gave myself a year to see if it could work and 6 years on, I am still here! Below is a bit more of a professional description about what I do:

I provide an independent, bespoke, mortgage and later life lending (equity release) advisory service to discerning clients within the Exeter, Teignbridge and Torbay area building my business from referrals. To ensure a full all round service, I also provide a protection advisory service to run along side any lending required. I have attained the R05 qualification in Protection and the R01 qualification, Financial services, regulation and ethics. I have also attained the CF6 Mortgage Advice, via the Charted Insurance Institute which means I have acquired the Certificate in Mortgage Advice. I have completed the Certificate in Equity release qualification. I pride myself in providing a proven, consistent excellent service and through this I aim to build my portfolio of clients through referral business. I also have a proven excellent track record in relation to Risk, ensuring the service I provide is not only right for my clients but is in keeping with regulation and compliance.

I have an excellent relationship with my clients, many of which have been built up over a number of years and as I know them extremely well, enables me to provide a honest and realistic approach and provide products which are right for them.
